FAQ
Q: What is a Pass Code?
A: The Pass Code consists of a PIN (Personal Identification Number) code (selected by the user) directly followed by the 6 digit token number displayed on the token.
Q: How do I enter the Pass Code?
A: [4-8 PIN and 6 digit token number].
Q: What are the PIN Requirements?
A: Your PIN must be between 4 – 8 numeric digits.
Q: How long is my PIN valid?
A: You will be prompted to change you PIN every 90 days.
Q: Can I logon to more than one computer at the same time with my token?
A: No, the system limitation is one session per user.
Q: How many attempts do I have to enter a correct Pass Code before I am locked out?
A: 3 times.
Q: What happens if I get locked out or if I can't log in for some reason?
A: Contact the BITS Help Desk @ 1-888-BITS-911, and be prepared to provide your user name or token serial number and the answer to your authentication questions.
