Welcome to the BITS (Banking Infrastructure & Technology Services) website!
BITS was launched by bankers banks to help community banks compete more effectively in this most challenging marketplace. We have deployed our hosted and managed communication services to several hundred branches throughout multiple states in the US. We are proud that we only sell our services to community financial institutions and their subsidiaries (and certainly not to Credit Unions). Our loyalty is to you and your community bank’s future.
Seven State Banking Associations have endorsed our service. Our recent customer satisfaction survey performed by an external firm identified that our customers give us great marks overall for our services. BITS also received a 4.91 out of 5.00 on our recent Cisco customer satisfaction survey.
